Return Period:
You have 7 business days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Return Requirements:
Products must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and tags, and unused or unopened (unless the product is defective or damaged).
Personalized or customized products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process:

Return Costs:
Return costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or sent incorrectly.
Refunds:
Once we have received the returned item and confirmed its condition, we will issue a refund using the same payment method as you used for purchase. Refund processing may take up to 7 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we offer free returns. In this case, please contact our customer service to arrange a return, refund, or exchange.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or model, you must return the original item and repurchase it.
