Refund Return Policy

Our policies are made keeping in mind the betterment of the relationships with our customers. These policies are developed to assure you that, subject to the following conditions, if any product purchased from our stoer is flawed or not suitable for you, we’ll happily repair or replace the merchandise for your return.

  1. You can apply for a full refund for orders placed within 48 hours;
  2. The return period is within 30 days of receiving the goods, and the goods must be unopened and unused. After-sales follow-up will be carried out until the return package is received and the refund amount will be returned from the original payment path of the customer.

Cancellation of Orders

If you have placed an order and decide to cancel it before the shipment is sent, please contact our customer support team or drop us a mail. Please be aware that we will not be able to cancel an order after it has been shipped. 

Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?

  1. All goods returned must be in new, unopened condition with all seals intact.
  2. Used, damaged or soiled returns will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost associated with returning goods for refund, credit or exchange, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from the customer’s refund.
  4. If the items shipped by the customer are too expensive, you can consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Return time:Within 30 days after receiving the items.
